• A full one-hour structured private consultation based on the subject you submit, including herb, food, diet, and lifestyle recommendations, and spiritual guidance
• A full written summary of what was discussed, emailed to you within 3 days (depending on that week's consultation volume)
• The ability to send short follow-up questions by email during your regimen

How it works: After payment, email the subject you would like to discuss. Possible dates and times will be offered, and your confirmed time will follow in writing.
