Shipping Policy

Moringa Magic ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is $12.50 per order. Orders of $200.00 or more ship free. Your shipping cost and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Time

USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer during holidays, sales, or carrier delays.

Order Processing and Tracking

We process orders as soon as we can after payment is received. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package on the carrier's website. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Consultations and Digital Products

Consultations, programs, and digital downloads are not shipped. Instructions are provided after purchase.

Correct Address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, a reshipping fee applies. If a package is returned to us because of our mistake, we will reship it free of charge.

Delivery Problems
