The leaves of the Moringa Oleifera tree contains 2 times the protein of milk. Before we find out how this could be possible, let’s define what a protein is. The word Protein comes from the Greek word “Protios” meaning the “most important”. Due to the lack of understanding and ignorance, people in general do not understand how to get the required protein (the most important thing) they need.

For example, believe it or not, when consuming meat, you do not get the protein your body needs.  Your body is actually receiving second hand protein from meat which the body has difficulty digesting. You cannot get full protein from cooked animal flesh. One of the most comprehensive research study ever on nutrition and health was performed by Biochemist Thomas Campbell in a book called “The China Study”. I highly recommend you read this book to get more information on the subject of protein and man other nutritional topics.

At any rate, going back, in order to get the full amount of protein needed you would have to slaughter and eat bloody raw the entire cow, chicken, bull, or whatever flesh consumed to get the full protein. I doubt anyone is prepared to do that!  Furthermore, when you cook the flesh of meat by exposing it to high temperatures, you kill all of the proteins and enzymes the body needs.  As a result the flesh of your meat is essentially dead!  This is the very reason why animals kill and eat their prey immediately. A lion in the wild does not kill its prey and then store it in a refrigerator for later.

True protein consist of 22 amino acids, and what are amino acids? Amino acids are the building blocks of life essential for brain function, eyes, hair, muscles, energy, etc. Think about it, cows get their true protein from fresh grasses, such as dandelion, alfalfa, wheat, and barley grass. When consuming the meat of a cow, you would then get the second hand protein, which would then render ineffective nutrients.

Therefore why not get the “most important” or real protein from the first hand, or original source, from grass and plants which are 100% digestible and compatible to the human body.  Now, of these 22 amino acids, 9 of them are essential and crucial to the human body. The 9 essential amino acids are: isoleucine, histidine, leucine, methionine,  lysine, phenylalanine, valine, threonine, and tryptophan.

Before I move any further, I want you to know that I am NOT advocating that you should eliminate meat completely from your diet or tell you how to eat. I am simply providing you with factual and true information for perhaps the first time so you can make an informed and intelligent decision as to what YOU would like to do moving forward with your diet.

Here is where moringa comes in, not only is it a complete protein, containing 9 amino acids for the human being. Understand that you get real and digestible protein from sea alge, plants, beans, grains, and vegetables and some fruits. These include romaine lettuce, chard, broccoli, spinach, kale, chlorella spirulina, quiona, brown rice, and beans.  In terms of protein value, the Moringa leaves are about 40% protein, with all of the 9 essential amino acids present in various amounts. Moringa is considered  to have the highest protein ratio of any plant so far studied on earth!

First, we saw the extraordinary benefits and nutritional value of Moringa for people living in less fortunate or impoverished areas that are prone to drought. The leaves of Moringa provide many nutrients, which can be eaten fresh or dried in a variety of recipes. According to optima of Africa, 25 grams daily of Moringa leaf powder “will give a child the following recommended daily allowances: protein 42%, calcium 125%, magnesium 60%, potassium 41%, iron 71%, vitamin A 272%, vitamin C 22%“. The same benefits apply to adults and senior citizens, but only the percentages chages. Obviously, Moringa is beneficial for people of all ages.

Furthermore, Proteins are digested by the gatro-intestinal system and then cut into smaller, simpler units (amino acids) that can be absorbed through the walls of the intestines and used by the body. After absorption, the liver and various tissues will make their own, specifically needed proteins. Thousands and thousands of complicated proteins make up the structure of cell walls, and the soluble particles in blood or less soluble structures of bone and skin.

Proteins then interact and specifically recognize each other in order to perform all our physiological functions. Life can be seen as a complicated and beautiful ”dance of proteins”! Since proteins and other nitrogen-containing substances are continuously degraded and rebuilt, they must be replaced by a continuous supply of amino acids from the diet.

Last, protein is essential and crucial for athletes. Protein contributes to the muscle, cell and energy production for athletic performance.  This is the reason why Moringa powder is increasingly becoming the preferred choice of athletes around the world.  The famous boxer Manny Pacquiao has confirmed that he uses Moringa and this powerful plant is his secret weapon to give him strength, endurance and power in the ring.

If you are an individual, athlete, student, heavy meat eater, or simply a health conscious person who is lacking in protein and need a proven nutritional boost, Moringa Magic is just the solution you need!  Our Moringa Magic powder is also very useful for vegans, who often do not know or understand how to get real protein in their diets.  It is also perfect for busy people always on the go, who simply do not have the time to manage their diets by gathering together all the healthy foods that require protein.  Last, our Moringa is also very beneficial for mothers to use for breast feeding to ensure your infant baby is getting the essential protein and nutrients that are vital for growth.  To order your Moringa Magic now, click here!
