Moringa Pesto!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp moringa powder
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 3 ½ tbsp pine nuts or almond slivers
  • 1/2 cup finely grated cheese, Vegan cheese
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1-1 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

Directions

1. Add moringa, basil, spinach, parsley, nuts, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender and blend to a paste.

 

2. Pulse cheese while drizzling in the oil.
