Moringa Pesto!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp moringa powder
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1 large garlic clove
- 3 ½ tbsp pine nuts or almond slivers
- 1/2 cup finely grated cheese, Vegan cheese
- zest of one lemon
- 1-1 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Directions
1. Add moringa, basil, spinach, parsley, nuts, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender and blend to a paste.
2. Pulse cheese while drizzling in the oil.
